Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Beck, an AI Client Conversion Agent developed by Pinnacle AI Automation Inc. By using this website or the Beck demonstration, you agree to these Terms.

1. Demonstration environment

Beck is currently provided as a demonstration of AI-assisted client conversion capabilities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the demo does not create real bookings, process payments, modify calendars or CRM systems, or send communications on your behalf.

2. AI-generated information

Beck uses artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate output. You should independently verify information before relying on it for business, financial, legal, medical or other significant decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Beck to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt to access credentials or confidential system information, impersonate another person, or submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, confidential client records or other highly sensitive information into the public demonstration.

5. Intellectual property

Beck, its software, branding, workflows, prompts, documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Pinnacle AI Automation Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit them except as permitted by applicable law or with written authorization.

6. Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle AI Automation Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the demonstration. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as Beck evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
