Refund & Cancellation Policy

The public Beck demonstration is currently provided without charge. Accordingly, there is no fee to refund for use of the demonstration.

Paid pilots and services

Any paid Beck pilot, implementation, subscription or professional service will be governed by the pricing, scope, cancellation terms and payment conditions provided at the time of purchase or in the applicable service agreement.

Refund requests

Where a refund is available under an applicable agreement or required by law, requests will be handled in accordance with those terms and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Customers should review the applicable scope, fees and cancellation terms before authorizing a paid engagement.
